- Light your braai and wait for the coals to be very hot, or heat a pan until smoking hot.

- While the steaks cook, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate loosely tented with foil for 5 minutes.
- Top each resting steak with a generous dollop of the garlic butter before serving.
