Salmon Pasta (Creamy)
Flaky pan-seared salmon tossed through a creamy lemon-dill pasta.

Method
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Season salmon. Heat oil in a pan, skin-side down first. Cook for 4-5 mins per side until crisp and cooked. Remove, flake into chunks.
- In the same pan, sauté onion until soft. Add cream, lemon zest, and juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add drained pasta, flaked salmon, and dill to the sauce. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. Season and serve.
Notes
Capers make a great addition for a briny kick. Cook salmon skin-side down first for perfect crispness.
